I'm glad you're pointing these things out. Thinking of Destiny as a game in a vaccum I can be OK with a lot of these tiny mistakes. Thinking about it as the game from the creators of Halo (a series I adore) I can't help but wonder who the hell is working on it one moment and want to kiss them the next.
