Like I said, because of its sheer scale. It took them over a decade to finish FF15 (although due from the reboots they had to go through). Nevertheless, 4-5 years of development for a game of this size is not nearly enough. Also, I’d hardly call this vaporware at any level. We had in game footage of it quite early on…
