I mean, I absolutely pay way more attention to the labels on stuff now to make better choices when shopping, but I found it's a really bad thing to play the "ooh but if I just work out for an extra 15 minutes I can have X food and not feel guilty!" I rewatched The Prince of Egypt this weekend because I was stoned and bored and wanted to visit the movie again for the first time in about 15 years. It holds up really beautifully and nothing has changed my opinion that it's the best Biblical movie of all time.
