Look for recommendations at a voters’ advocate group for your area... Pick a group that leans in your general direction, and see who they endorse. Better yet, pick several, and comparison shop. (League of Women Voters, SF League of Pissed Off Voters, etc.)

Get out to vote. Get everyone you know who is doing the right thing out to vote.

The problem is that even the worst Democrats (Manchin, for example) count towards who is Majority leader, and therefore who sets the legislative agenda.
