I always loved Earth vs. The Spider - does anyone remember that one?  It's a fairly old Joel episode, with a great short about public speaking before it.

Nice try, Mr. Manager.

I love Legos.  I still have a huge bin of them and I'm married with no children.

So far I've bought:

RJ Mitte is very handsome.

Pitbull's verse needs at least 3 more mentions of "Mr. Worldwide" for it to really feel authentic.

It's a lot more than just a generic teen-lit adaptation.  Give the book a chance, if nothing else.  It's a very quick read but it's great.

He's just saying that Tom Yorke's energy doesn't promote the type of synergy that fosters a strong team-based environment that's dedicated to providing the best customer service possible.  It's a one-stop shop of satisfaction.

That is the perfect description of those portraits.  I find it hard to believe that no one close to the artist said, "Hey, I know it's supposed to be a shadow, but what the hell is going on with their lips?"

He wears the same clothes and uses the same exercise equipment that he did in The Goonies.

This might be my favorite comment of all time.

I wasn't surprised that he wrote that kind of essay - I was just shocked at how mediocre the writing actually was.

You should really read the rest of the Dune books (only the Frank Herbert ones).  It's really not meant to be a standalone story, and the novels are about a hell of a lot more than a vague oil analogy.

Did anyone here read Franco's essay in Vice about American Psycho?  It sounded like an essay by a Freshman English major who just got a brand new thesaurus.

But if it was a wisdom tooth extraction, doesn't that mean you were potentially replacing it with vicodin?

If that's true, that's like PTSD-level stuff…
