THIS. I spent the from age 15 to 20, I was 120 lbs when soaking wet (I'm 5'8), even after I started lifting and getting stronger. When I started focusing on protein intake, I grew super quick: 20 lbs over the course of a year. (I didn't get a lot bigger, but most of my muscle tissue grew a lot denser.)
