So you’re telling me it’s not awesome that I can buy a 40MPG Chevy Cruze on the cheap cheap and pay a few hundred bucks to have it reflashed to make GTI-esque numbers but still get 25% better MPG than said GTI?

There is nothing wrong with making sedans more attractive by aggressively sloping the roofline.

After I posted this I saw TWO of them on my lunch break. Talk about a coincidence!

    Fuckin YIKES.

    Because Russia.

My buddy’s shop just completed two swaps. One being a WRX wagon swapped to an SVX 3.3. The other was a WRX sedan with a Tribeca 3.6.

We actually test drove one of these when we were figuring out what to replace my wife’s 2004 Neon with. We ended up with a very lightly used Volt but a Kizashi was on my radar because they were cheap, nice looking, and unique. The gas mileage is just too poor to justify such a relatively weak engine though.

Buying one of these used might be the smartest investment you could make. They are incredibly cheap on the used market. I don’t have kids, nor do I plan to, but I could see one of these being a great first car — from a parents’ perspective. No it’s not particularly fun or attractive, but it’s safe, fairly slow, and

To this day these windows make no goddamn sense to my brain.

I had a neighbor that had one of these. I thought it was the coolest car ever... til I test drove one that almost ended up as my first car.

Lol there is no such thing as “online” automotive certifications.

    “ran when parked.”

It looks like a Grand Prix made a baby with a Prelude. I like it.

A video showing the wipers’ operation would get tens and tens of views.

This car is just plain ugly and awkward. There is nothing cute/attractive/endearing about this dopey looking thing.

Oh dear god fuck me if I have to call UPS. Which is every goddamn week to dispute their weight and size adjustments that are total bullshit.

Haha oh god my dad bought a loaded 2006 2WD with the 5.7 Hemi and a tow package in 2007 and he loved it... for some reason. Probably because it was the first new car he’d owned since the 80s (every vehicle prior was at least 10 years old when he got it).

No one said the vehicle had to be desirable!

Wait so how many points did it get?
