Pretty much every teacher I know either didn’t respond to her being confirmed or just sighed wearily and went on with their work because they’re used to being fucked like this. The way we treat teachers in this country is a fucking disgrace.

It’s a gamble. If the economy picks up Trump could be popular. But the GOP has to own Trump. He’s the culmination of the Reagan Revolution. Trump is exactly who the GOP has been told to want for thirty years.
