It’s because of the textures. 8 used realistic textures in order to look “HD” but these courses, being ported from Tour, use textures similar to the “house” Mario style, much of which was used in 7 as well. Pluto’s ads vary between variety and no variety. For one thing, it all depends on what channels you watch. Like regular TV, not all the channels get all the ads. The game show channels, for example, get ads for insurance and medicine, kids channels get toys and Happy Meal stuff, while News gets all the, well, news…

I don’t have Hulu, so I don’t care what ads they run. But it’s amusing to see some people assuming that if Hulu doesn’t run these ads, people will never, ever learn about gun control, abortion laws, LGBT rights, etc. and will immediately vote Republican.

Velma being a heavy character would have actually been amusing considering she was always meant to be slightly overweight in Where Are You. Once Zombie Island revived the franchise, Velma ends up getting slimmer and slimmer.

They used to have a Spicy McChicken that was really good, but I dunno if they still have it.

This film could be the greatest kids movie ever and I would still resent it for how badly they adapted all the Super Pets (outside of Krypto himself).

They do still have the game shows (The Cube, Wipeout) and sports (AEW, MLB), but I can see Zaslav ending them too.

Betting AEW will leave as soon as the contract ends. MLB too.

Zaslav has shown that he doesn’t care about whether a show is genuinely successful or not. Most of the scripted programming TBS and TNT have made the past few years has been well received and/or successful, but they’re getting canned anyway. The Cube was a pretty decent hit for TBS but Season 2 is MIA.

This is a legit surprise, given that the show isn’t expensive and all.

I was watching the Game Grumps do their Fast Food tier list and Arin kept on emphasizing every 5 minutes that fast food is not healthy and that they are not endorsing any of those brands. It seriously got irritating. Of course it ain’t healthy! Nobody who eats fast food gives a shit!

I guess I missed it in Season 2, but when was Batman’s alter-ego exposed to the world? Joker found out at the end of Season 1, but I don’t remember when Harley & Ivy found out, much less in-universe James Gunn. Hell, I don’t even think Batgirl knows. Is this something that happens in Season 3?
