Dear Bob,

The passage of time alone guarantees that the new Scout will be way better than the original in every single way.

I’m imagining going back in time to 1981... 1 year after the last Scout was completely discontinued.

Is it really hard to put up and down? I’ve never tried.

I ask because I remember watching a lady struggle to put the top up on a Solstice that was street parked, while talking on the phone to what was obviously whoever lent her the car, and she finally gave up and walked off with the seats folded forwards and the top

you got a sky redline in pretty damn good shape for under 9k??? that was a damn good find. def gotta do the gm tune.  if they still offer it the price was reasonable for the power boost.

Congrats on the new ride.  I’ve always liked the Sky styling better than the Solstice, and on top of that you nabbed a Redline.

What am I missing?”

No. I will get into a fist fight over this.

That’s why good cars like the Alfa Romeo Giulia and VW GTI aren’t selling in strong numbers.

Left Hand Utes was mentioned during the development of this story. However, our EIC noted that when the company was interviewed for a prior story its owner failed to provide proof that their conversions are federally legal before they ceased communications.

A spare tire standard. That goop stuff is the standard in most cars now and you then have to buy a spare tire kit. There’s generally space for both, but they are only doing that to cut a little bit of weight and cost. Today’s public announcement, be sure to check your rental for a real spare too, as they too will skip

This. Great design language, non-cluttered interiors, decent quality.

I’d rent one.

Ooooh, now do electric version of “classic” K-cars.
