Its coming next year if I’m correct. It’ll be like the Durango but fancier.

The Telluride is right up there with the Highlander for best in segment CUVs.

The VW will spend 4 out of 12 months in the shop.

The Explorer is trash and the Ascent doesn’t have a 6 cylinder engine. Kia and Hyundai also have some of the best interiors in the market and a 10 year warranty. I would wait for the Telluride too.

Swap out those BMW motors for some Toyota 2.7 4 cyls and 4.0 V6s and I’m on board.

Bring back pop up headlights, manual sunroofs, optional LSDs on lower end trims and plain dashboards as lower level options.

Things like this make me want to see another homologation war between car manufacturers like that of the 80s and 90s. Subaru has had it too good for far too long and I’d love to see Mitsubishi get back in the rally/baja game for the fuck of it. The pencil pushers tend to forget how much a good halo car can do for

Looks nice but I'd still take the RAM 1500 for looks and interior design

    4AGE, 2JZ, SR20, B-Series, K-Series, 4G63, BMW S14, S54, RB-Series, AMC 4.0 I6, Chrysler 2.4 Turbo, EJ Series, Busso V6, Dino V6, VR6, Mercedes CDI, 12v Cummins... Am missing anything?

Shave the tops of the grille to line up with the headlights, open up the bottom 1/4 where the plate is and you might have something

I would buy the shit out of a Renault Alpine or Megane RS if I had the money.

There was an explorer in the video.

    Different chassis altogether.

Theres no such thing as a bad Honda/Acura with double wishbones. I’m excited.

I think the issues with fuel economy stem more from the weight and aerodynamics of the vehicle than anything else. You can only do so much tech wizardry when the truck itself was designed before the regulations and economy made aerodynamics and weight savings almost mandatory to stay competitive.

The IS300 was offered in North America starting in 2001 but Japan had it starting in 99 as the Toyota Altezza.

If we’re having this conversation, every classic American or Euro car that people care about shouldn’t be worth anything, but they are. Its a classic car that was desirable in its hay day and people want it.

    GGenesis interiors are objectively nicer.

My mom is a sucker for Land Cruisers

It’s almost like BMW wants Genesis to win.
