And here in Ohio we have the GOP passing a bill removing state mandated minimum pay for teachers - because $20,000 is too damned much for someone with a college degree working full time, and we all know we'd get better results with sub-walmart wages.

Since they can't make people get their recalled cars fixed despite the mountain of hell that collapses on them every time someone dies, they told a Senate committee they'd like to see state lawmakers pass laws stating you can't get your car renewed until you get a recall fixed.

Lost in the Los Angeles Auto Show news yesterday was the announcement that President Obama named a new NHTSA director in Mark Rosekind. So who is this guy?

But that's no reason to ignore your retirement savings. In fact, you should probably save more actively, since you don't have an employer match. Here are some retirement plan options when you don't have an employer that offers one.

Chevrolet produced many of these great instructional films in the 1930s. This one explains how drum brakes work with fantastic visual aids.

It's easy to be bright and open when your production volumes are very low in a building designed to produce many more vehicles. The Dearborn plant is actually pretty bright down at the levels where people work....

"Everyone"?

Because your claims are flat out wrong. The U-3 number is generated from the household survey - to be counted as unemployed, you must respond that you are currently out of work and have looked for work at some point during the last 4 weeks. That's it.

It doesn't matter if you are receiving unemployment

Works like a charm for me...

This is one of the dumbest things I've seen today...

And I love it.
