too late to edit now: Dammit, I think its becuase I'm rooted...

WOOO! I kind of forgot I had this on my tablet for a while as an unofficial APK, but now I can download it for real!

poop in the bed

did you realize they linked to an article about making a fake toilet paper roll in the article?

well... I signed up to be notified when instagram was available for android, even though I didn't really WANT it, I just wanted to see what the fuss was about.... I think I've made my decision now though... This wont be making its way onto my phone...

I was just considering this last night... I really want to make a GOOD cookbook type app for android tablets (not that i'd even use something like that very often when you can just as easily use the web browser) but I have no development experience... Thinking about trying appinventor but the whole undertaking seems

I'm not falling for THAT one again...

yeah, I watch quite a bit of it too until I realized it was just here because it says "thank you " a lot... lol

well its basically just facebook without all your friends...

I guess I don't really understand what the problem is. Its up to YOU , the funder, to decide if a product is worth funding. Its also up to you to make sure you trust this person you're giving your money to. it shouldn't really be up to [kickstarter.com] to determine what's worth allowing on their site and what isn't

So it might be worth mentioning in case it hasn't already been; The reason these lightbulbs are able to burn 100 years later like this is because back when they were first produced, the manufacturer used heavier and more expensive metal than was needed (actually I'm not 100% sure on the price part) . Then they decided

Well, I haven't personally complained about these, but to me most of them just aren't that good in a wiggle stereoscopy sense in that only a couple of them even gave a noticeable 3D effect whereas the others had technical issues preventing the effect from being noticeable. The ones you're referring to at the end of

luckily MOST tablets seem to be getting it. My xoom (the first honeycomb tablet) is scheduled to receive it, though the wifi version of the xoom got it a couple months ago and I'm still waiting for it on my 4g verison (though I use a custom ICS rom anyway)

if you had a camera that had an SD card you might. Sure you can just plug the camera in, but sometimes its nice to be able to pull the card out and throw it in without having to get cables involved

well don't people still occasionally want to store stuff like movie files on their phones? I get the whole push toward storing everything in the cloud, but it really pisses me off when my connection drops out on a road trip to northern minnesota and i'm left without music to listen to. As someone with an android

sure, but some people don't know that, or think that their phone is just fine the way it is. I'm not saying those people are RIGHT, but I can't call them wrong either... its just what they do... The more you know about your device and the OS, the more likely you are to want to update and upgrade stuff

Its because new phones are expensive and the carriers/manufacturers control who gets software updates and would rather sell their NEW phones than continue giving people free updates for their old ones. A lot of people don't upgrade as soon as they're eligible becuase their phone still works, so they end up with

tell us how you REALLY feel...

That place is like mecca for me... Must visit one day...

well, (and I'm not denying your right to see it differently than me or anything) for me it was never a problem getting used to it, it was just kind of something that happens when going from a phone that's one size (a touch screen phone smaller than an iphone) to using one that's a different size. It'll just take some
