The judge clarified this by saying that he was not giving Rose special treatment because he is a celebrity. Said he would make the same consideration if the accuser was working on her PhD. Also why should Rose’s career be jeopardized because of his accusers incompetent lawyers? INNOCENT until proven otherwise...
