@fencesitter: Physical mouse balls! Man, that was awesome. I remember having to open it up and clean the rollers on a regular basis. That was gross.

@SkaHimself: On april fool's day... nice. The network port burned out on mine the day the new 360 was released. I smell a conspiracy...

@Shift5G: They also couldn't fix the problems you get when you drop it off a 5 story roof. *pfft*

@Fauxfire27: I got one this weekend. It is completely silent from a normal viewing distance. If you get up really close, you can hear a little sound, but it doesn't sound like it belongs in a server room like my old 360 does.

@encyclia: Yes. My TV will only do 1080i, but 1080p was an option when I set mine up this past weekend.

If you haven't seen it, you must. Idiocracy

@Alexander Riccio: Ugh... that was a horrible movie. Maybe my brain has evolved to be too small, but it made no sense at all. I suffered through the entire thing waiting for that saving grace moment where it all makes sense; It never came.

@rev02: I am pretty confused by this app. Doesn't my phone already have a camera and a search feature? WHAT DO I DO NOW? Apple, please save me from my own confusion!

@gary+gizmodo: Suggest it on their site! This would be cool!

I love it! I want to get a bunch of candles going and listen to this and get stoned now.

@JohnnyJboss: I wish more people would make that consideration. "We could have done so much for education instead of doing this really stupid stunt." The world would be a much better place for it. It would be like a Schindler's List of education. :)

@jamalm: At least you can try to make the "well, everyone else is doing it" argument with WoW. But still, very good point. :)

Or they can do what so many companies do these days... Use the trademarked/patented/copywrighted material anyway and then deal with the lawsuits as they come. If the branding of "iTV" is critical to their success, they might just do it. Or maybe they can come up with a new naming scheme. Something that makes sense.

@gdigital: You're a horrible person. But I'm smiling right now. :)

That's awesome. Give this girl a gold star.

@NanSage: Get out your boat!

I'm sure this is a new record for the Guinness book of world records. This probably wins for "Most effort spent on the most meaningless result".

They probably would have been sued by someone no matter how they decided to handle this situation. Might as well be by this guy.
