I honestly expected Titanfall 2 to be on this list. The single-player is effortlessly satisfying, with elements that last a single stage you could base an entire game around.

I honestly don’t know why Watchdogs 2 was made to suffer from the backlash of the original Watchdogs. The tone and spirit of that game was completely different, fresh and new. And it still kept a lot of the mechanics that Ubi does tend to get right (loved the melee and parkour), but not lacking for personality like

I just started playing Titanfall 2 last night!

What I liked about Watch Dogs 2 is that, to a degree at least, it avoided a lot of the pitfalls that Ubisoft titles often fall into when they try to tackle real-world issues, especially in comparison to the first game. Yes, the ending did feel like it put a bit too neat a bow on things, with how it had everything

Also enjoyed Watch Dogs 2, mostly because it’s depiction of San Francisco was a cool place to hang out in. The story was fun and actually got closer to a Ubisoft game taking a stance than any other game before.

Titanfall 2 definitely belongs on this list. The combat gameplay was some of the most enjoyable and well done in the genre, but most of all the level design is probably in the top 3 of the decade (along with Dishonored 2 and not sure who else... Deus Ex...?)

Titanfall 2 single player had mechanics you could make entire other games out of, all crammed into an awesome and fun shooter with a decent story.

I dug Watch Dogs 2. The characters were some of the most eclectic I have seen in some time and got the ‘hacker’ vibe right (somewhat overtly in some respects but I have seen my share of ‘stylish’ types).

Truly amazing how entertained certain people are by endless, minute variations on “I identify as an attack helicopter.”

Wow, the way the tree went up in flames was horrifying!

Only if you had a 30 year record of saying racist dumb shit in every possible forum.

Yo dude, Cere has her face modeled on a real person who uh... looks like that. So good job being just a TREMENDOUS racist up in here.

Belts: I bought two belts (black and brown) from a Mexican dude at the swap meet for $10/each 15 years ago and still have them.

So I am white, hetero, and cis-gendered. I did not grow UP insulated by wealth in any way.

Yeah, I had a belt break while getting ready for work awhile back...I was in a rush, so I grabbed one of those braided deals from the local dollar store. Seemed fine, but I went to put it on the next day, and the whole fucking thing disintegrated.

Power outages by me during a hurricane meant gas cars were stuck too. Turns out gas stations use electric pumps. Who knew?

Yeah, but you don’t spend eleventy gazillion dollars on “defense” like we do here! Also someone has to pay for those senators second homes and private jets!

Can I join you in Canada?  The US seems to be turning into a bad reality show.

Dude, let me tell you something: assuming the worst about everyone and reinforcing classist tropes isn’t the same thing as “thinking critically”. It’s actually just being intellectually lazy.
