A month isn’t that old (or entirely relevant to it’s legitimacy). Do you have proof that it’s fake, like an artist coming out to say they drew it? That’s because Nintendo had a deal with SEGA that their next 3 Sonic games would be exclusive (Lost World, Boom, Olympics). Otherwise they would have like with Generations of the games before. Not like they would ever put the Olympic series on other consoles anyway, given it has Nintendo characters.
