This also happened with Infamous:Second Son as well. Sucker Punch had to damage control the stupidest things in that time. In the end it just ended up being a choice in lighting and how it moved about the scene in real time.

The game came out and their was NO downgrade. It looked fantastic for its time.

Is it really so far-fetched to imagine that maybe they’re, you know, best friends? If they’re officially lovers, that’s cool, but any time two characters are close (same or opposite sex) it seems like the natural fan reaction is “oh dey fuckin”. It starts to get a little stale and one-note.

I do wish characters could ever just be good friends. And this has nothing to do with their sex, I feel the same way about men and women characters too. I can enjoy a love story as much as the next person, but I think just being close friends with someone is relatable too.
