About the game balance...I was reading an earlier Kotaku about the DLC for sale. Costumes that grant skills, some of which earlier in the main game. How the game seems to be stingy with money, yet there are DLC that gives you a ton of it.

Does the game feel like you need the DLC on Normal difficulty?
