(I have no desire to engage in sexual activity with Ms. Grande, who appears to be 14 for life.)

Our neighbour said that we should teach our dog to do The Paw Thing.

Yes! Art is all about making you comfortable and superficially happy. Boners, too!

Can we put a bird on her?

Norman Rockwell has returned from the dead and created a kinja account ladies and gentlemen.

To be honest I’m mostly offended by the horrendous way in which you butchered that last sentence. A muddled commenter does not a good troll make.

Pay no attention to what everyone who knows you says, you ARE a compassionate person. And a real sweetheart.

I have been known to show up as a contibutor on “Toxic Mom” Threads ;)

I want to be happy but...I think he did her a favor. She will be presented as a martyr and celebrated for her bravery=more attention and popularity=exactly what she wants. If he wanted to do the right thing, he would have fined her until she started issuing marriage licenses. She doesn’t care that she is going to

The judge, unlike her, DID HIS JOB.

Hilariously enough, the judge who jailed her is a hardcore right-winger, son of a conservative politician, a Bush appointee, and a Catholic. He just has a proper understanding of the law, the court system, and the responsibilities of his position. It’s a shame Davis can’t do the same.

Saw this yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. I keep asking people how this stunt is any different from that whole “Sharia Law” term that gets thrown about in horror by Christians. Isn’t that fear, in essence, a group of people holding the laws of their faith above the laws of the land?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Kim Davis’ understanding of religious freedom is seriously flawed. The marriage license only indicates that the couple has met the legal requirements to qualify for marriage. It does NOT confer religious acceptance of the marriage, so her religion isn’t being violated as far

You just knew Scalia would come in handy at some point.

Yep. It seems pretty simple to me. If your personal beliefs prevent you from doing your job as a public servant and simultaneously trample on the rights of others, you need to resign. And ASAP.

The lady who sits next to Kim Davis is the real victim here, and someone should compensate by buying her a gift certificate to a nice hair salon.

Here’s hoping! And the lady who sits next to her is probably praying for just that.

Just use the money you’ve saved for funeral plans, fly somewhere fun, rent yourself a “pool boy,” and live for the moment! Retirement...who needs it?

Holy shit, my Dad read this article over my shoulder and flipped the fuck out. “How can this writer actually think that?! Is she fucking serious?!” I tried to explain that it’s parody and he’s all “No, it must be too subtle for me. I don’t get it.”
