Runs well, dummy. And you wouldn’t necessarily have to pay anything to charge at home - a standard 120V wall outlet is enough for most people. If your 2003 Ranger runs well enough for your needs, you likely aren’t in the market for ANY new car. This article isn’t for you. Nobody needs to hear from you.

I think you mean Ioniq 6, not EV6. also, Infiniti, not Infinity.

oh, shut up. the bolt siblings are absolutely fantastic deals any way you slice them. the battery recall didn’t even have that many real world fires, and all were fixed with new batteries and new warranties. buying a pre-refresh, post-recall model or a new/used model with IRA credit, or even one at full price is,

except that's not true. you're thinking of the former Fisker Automotive, which has been rebranded to Karma Automotive. Fisker Inc. is Henrik Fisker's new brand from 2016.

I think the people that agree with this are missing one of the bigger issues here - this isn’t based on miles driven, it’s a blanket fee that all EV drivers pay, regardless of how much or how little they drive each year. I’ll likely hit 10k miles over the course of one year on my new EV, but everyone drives different

While batteries are, indeed, measured in kWh, motors use kW.

not just missing the new LC announcement, but the Sequoia is bigger than the Land Cruiser, and it always has been.

*Sequoia

hmm, idk if I would agree with the parking or stop and go traffic. I’ve had zero issues with creep turned off in those situations. I agree that it’s not great in adverse weather conditions, though.

yeah, so, this is wrong. batteries are measured in kWh***

why is creep mode important for the city?

shut up

booooooo. bad. we don’t need more pseudo-hatchbacks

correct. I believe there’s been talk of getting OTA updates, but AFAIK that hasn’t happened

I hope the 2nd gen isn’t an electric Trax. They need to keep it a subcompact hatch.

sounds like you should buy a current Bolt EV

Common misconception, but there is only one gen of the Bolt. 2022 saw a refresh (and new model), but not a new generation.

lol imagine believing anything BestCarWeb has to say. skyline still exists as a nameplate. super easy to check nissan(dot)co(dot)jp and see it in the sedan section of their lineup. so, no, the name wouldn’t be revived, but rather the next generation “might” become something different. and, honestly, whatever. the q50

Why would you assume Gen Z is to blame? That’s such a boomer attitude to have.

Where did you get this information? Vanilla Ioniq 5s come in rear or all wheel drive setups. Why would their performance version suddenly have front wheel drive?
