Same here. The movies was an awesome game. Whenever I needed new actors/writers I just promoted the janitors :D

I’m about halfway through the game with minimal fiddling with character/weapon stats. I just learned the basic weakness/advantage trinity in attack styles and so far the game is very playable and fun.
I’m guessing all that stuff will be more crucial if you do a new game+
