I wouldn’t have recognized Kristen Wiig if her name wasn’t in the story. She looks like she’s morphing into Jennifer Connelly.

Eh...maybe.
If the FTC didn’t block Disney’s acquisition of Fox, I don’t think they’ll block this one. Fox was sold for seven times what Paramount is worth now.
The bastard would probably find some way to turn the tub into a tax write-off.
And there it is. I saw a number of people earlier this year predict that Zaslav’s goal was to make WBD more appealing for a merger of some kind.
Man I can’t get behind ToTK being GOTY. I love the Zelda franchise, and I loved BotW (and spent time trying to 100% it after beating the main quest because I wanted to stay in the world a bit longer), but this is such a marginal improvement / refinement of the last game that I can’t really endorse it that much. I…
I understand “Best of...” lists are usually purely subjective. But I don’t see how TotK is better than either BG3, AW2, or SM: Wonder. I would even put REmake 4 ahead of TotK.
That’s pretty much how I feel after sitting through one of his cutscenes.
I only know Dr Doom via the cartoon samples MF DOOM used on his albums.
They did it with Rhodes.
I mean, we all did that with Rhodey, didn’t we? Worked like a charm.
Best approach: Recast Kang, and simply don’t comment on the fact that he looks different. The characters don’t need to acknowledge it. It’s the same character played by a different actor, it’s happened before, it doesn’t need in-world explanations.
Now suddenly everyone’s like “Oh boy, now they can bring in Dr. Doom to replace him for the rest of the multiverse saga!”
Nobody cares about The High Evolutionary outside of Guardians vol. 3. Just recast Kang with Chukwudi Iwuji and either say High Evolutionary was a variant or ignore it entirely.
Phases 4 and 5 will hereon in be referred to as the “gas leak phases”
It’s pretty simple. Because The Marvels is a failure on the level of what theatrical Marvel movies are supposed to be. And is troubling from the point of view of the health of their entire market segment.
I’m not letting my kids watch this. I’m cutting down on their Skrein time.
“Whereas, every minute spent with Spider-Man 2 was one where I knew exactly what was coming next”
Okay but ‘Those Old Scientists’ and ‘Subspace Rhapsody’ are legitimately two of the greatest episodes Star Trek has ever done.
The Tesseract was affecting everyone it came into contact with in Avengers, which is why there was so much bickering on the helicarrier and why Loki is so much more of a dick than usual. Once they took the Tesseract from him he mellowed a tad. Thats my take anyway.
