I was having the time of my life playing as Captain America (probably one of the best gaming adaptations of him), but the content was all updates or slow grind. So you couldn’t advance that much because you were limited to your daily amount of credits (unless you paid money), and there was no new content in the game…

Boring. Even skyrim had an entire rewarding system around weapon durability...and it was still a pain.
The more time you spend fixing weapons, the less time you spend playing the things that make the game fun.

Look at the Flash movie, look at Aquaman 2, these movies survived the purge in spite of Snyder.

The game has some pretty stat specific conditions when you find the “right” boss. For instance, it took me like a week to beat Malenia. But when i did beat her it wasn’t because I was necessarily stronger, I just realized that I had to beat her under two minutes because over that she has enough time to heal.

What’s really weird is that the NBA basically protected him from any actual consequences waving that gun around.

Because that was not Denzel Washington’s best, that was not Will Smith’s best, and that was not Joaquin Phoenix’s best.

I always thought the intent was to give the Oscar to those have had a long history of films and performances.
Because joker is a piece of crap, definitely not Phoenix’s best. 

Oh yeah, but the way the academy is “supposed to” work is giving an actor who has had a long line of work their due.
This is it for Jaime Lee, but Angela I hope has a good decade of content to put out.
But i’m definitely not counting out bullshit, they’re only this good to actors who are actually loved by fans because…

I’m fairly sure no one else was willing to pull that trigger unless she showed signs of acting like a crazy fungi baby. 

Honestly, I think the Academy is waiting for Angela to do a leading role to give her an Oscar for it.
Definitely the best talent in the film, but she deserves a better role, a lead role.
