Going to join the chorus here and disagree. I know several people who work at Walmart, and they’re all in their teens/early 20s and just starting off in the workforce. They’re not stupid. They took the jobs that were available.

Not necessarily, and this is a pretty classist/elitist way of viewing people who work at one of America’s largest employers.
