@J2M3: and my first theory is destroyed. My other theory: did you "restore" your phone when you updated? Maybe, its just the applications becoming corrupted with time.

@ReberIsReber: Yeah, I think you're right. There is some material difference between older and newer phones.

My 3G phone runs much faster with 4.0. But I have two theories about why this could be:

@J2M3: Same here. My phone is running much faster. Although, I had to have mine fixed by apple when the ringer stopped working. I think that was about six months ago. This makes me think that perhaps slightly younger 3g models run os4 better.

My update was taking forever too. Three hours into it, I quit.

The first vuvuzela wasn't a vuvuzela? It was a bicycle horn? Hmm... Perhaps, the first car was a horse.

@bjaxon: The Blackberry Tour? Really? That's a 3 megapixel camera, which cnet describes as a "little fuzzy".

@bjaxon: Where have you been? Cell phone cameras are usually terrible. These are good photos for a phone.

With all this Kinect coverage, I thought everyone at Gizmodo liked this concept. I'm glad that's not the case. Motion based gaming is a gimmick or, at best, it's for little kids.

@ara313: That's what I wanted to vote for

@Crisss1205: Yeah, that was the best part! Too funny!

Actually, it sounds like it doesn't matter if you order a Iphone or not. Ordering an Iphone exposes you to other people's information, but doesn't necessarily expose your own information. Your information is at risk simply for being a AT&T customer. Good job, ah-ta-ta.

The new Iphone is a shiny black thing. Maybe, that's in the back of Microsoft's mind, whether they know it or not, when they asked themselves "shiny or matte"?

@robelirobban: No, that's true. I didn't mean to say that if you're not doing FPS then you're not serious. And I suppose it does add the possibility of new fun options to different types of games.

@sneakypoo: Well, I think my bigger point is that it's the wrong audience. I suppose Microsoft is trying to widen their net with this, but, to me, this seems like a gimmick, not much different than the push for 3D in movies.

I don't get it. As someone that only plays FPS in a serious manner, what would Natal do for me? I think for a lot of serious gamers, which xbox 360 tends to attract in greater number, Natal is a joke. I think thats why your seeing the majority of votes in the "looks stupid" category. I play mostly Halo, and, with my

@Bramsey89: Yeah, let's make fun of poor people. Hilarious. (For clarity, I'm being sarcastic).

@xsbs: yeah, it's sometimes fun to go to an actual store and walk around pick things up. I never really thought about it, but it might be sad to see that option disappear.
