Honestly, probably the demo level for Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight. I played the demo itself a lot of course, because I couldn’t afford my own games back then. But even after I got the full version, when I wanted to just mess around with cheats and mods and such the demo level was better for that than any of the levels…
