I do something similar but I use a peeler to get the lemon peel off in strips and then freeze those and use in my martinis. They defrost enough to express the oils in the time it takes to stir the drink

No - if it was cooked over a trash fire there would be some char or crust to it. These look like they were cooked without even salt, let alone any other seasoning, in a 275 degree oven
Remember those kitschy plastic food items that was supposed to look like a spilled Coke or a melted ice cream cone. Thats what those ribs look like. I feel like if I pick up one rib, the whole stack of them will come up in one piece of kitschy plastic
Not a dip, but I like to use the cone shape to catch hot sauce. A bag of bugles in one hand and a bottle of el yucateco green in the other is a winning combination
File all these under “Duh.” There is nothing net new here. Drinks with ice have less space for liquid, bottled drinks are not made fresh, buying tea is stupid if you have a tea bag and hot water.
This also has to do with fairness for dealerships - the farther the dealership from the factory, the more expensive the vehicle would be on the lot.
What if I told you to swap out the green bell pepper with cubanelle peppers or anaheims when I make gumbo...
- BBQ Brawl
1) Fried chicken is delicious and fried chicken on a bun is almost as delicious as on the bone but less messy
Its an open faced grilled cheese. The tomato sauce added to it to make “pizza” is a bit odd and a slice of green bell pepper is never a net positive
Also FWIW wagyu is the only way to go when making burgers. You don’t need any egg to bind the meat...
You are either cooking it wrong or eating the wrong cut/grade of steak. Assuming its a steak-worthy cut (strip, ribeye, etc.) cooking it further would only make it tougher/drier
The “round” egg referenced by MP3|GOD is a round disk of cooked egg made from pouring freshly whisked eggs into a metal ring mold placed directly on the griddle
NY? Here in NY, I can buy liquor from a liquor store but no beer or bitters (not enough alcohol in them) or mixers. In grocery stores, I can buy beer and bitters but no liquor.
As a similarly baby-ish and often forgetful husband, I can totally buy the excuse and likely (probably?) did something similar.
So you make “four ingredient rolls” with a hole in the middle? A round piece of dough with a hole in the middle, just as twirling it to a pretzel shape would not make it a soft pretzel
Definitely should try smoking again, just use a higher temp (275-350ish). I typically smoke the wings, and then take them over to the gas grill to crisp the skin over high heat for a few minutes to get them even crispier.
Not gas, lava.
Nope. Conservative synagogue in NJ went to a dozen bar mitzvahs (including my own) and do not recall any candy being thrown.
I have pretty much no use for ketchup as a condiment. Everything it can do, a good hot sauce can do better.
