Interesting I’ll have to try.

Why would anyone be scared of driving a Kia into NY?

Damn, I tried but clearly was too slow in the clickage... I so need one (although like you I doubt I’d use it)

Agreed. As useless and idiotic as most HR people are, they are (or should be) smart enough not to put something like this in writing.

It was a table of 6. I can understand why a party that size likely already has plans two days before NYE.

I learned this a year or so ago during one of the Bizarre Foods Delicious Destinations episodes in Mumbai where Andrew Zimmern described it. Despite the weird name and off putting description, looked pretty damn tasty in the way they fried it looking almost like cornmeal crusted catfish

You have done a disservice to your faux name. In my 30+ years of eating calzones in NY and NJ and never once was there sauce on the inside of a calzone

If you hate yourself enough (or are high enough) to eat a Hot Pocket and microwave it, you (1) aren’t reading the instruction for anything more than the length of time to cook and (2) certainly not waiting for the heat to even out

I would also like a count of how many of the 35 hot pockets both scalded your mouth and chipped a tooth on frozen chunk at the same time.

Neither ever had, nor should have, sauce on the inside. Calzone has ricotta and is typically half moon shaped, stromboli has no ricotta and is typically rolled

Looking forward to the derivative..

If you have a convection oven, you have an air fryer

What is the market for this?  Has anyone ever tried sriracha and said “man, wish this was sweeter”?

Man I would love to share a plate of wings with someone who would willingly take the subpar drumettes and leave me with nothing but a plate full of beautiful, delicious flats.

No lie - I still remember the most delicious yet simple sandwich I ate in Paris almost twenty years ago. Good baguette, butter and ham. Fantastic and I would kill for one now. I’m all I’m on the butter as a sandwich condiment train

Seriously with this take? Wedges are probably the worst form a potato can take.

Waffling everything, a trend I’m fully onboard with. Stuffing waffles, Mac and cheese waffles, tater tot waffles, waffled pizza.

There are! My love of stuffing waffles and my hatred of trying to clean a sausage grease filled waffle iron led me to get one. It’s amazing. This one looks similar to the one I bought

Can we all agree that the pretzel shaped cookies are the best? And the ones without the sugar crystals are the worst?  I would use those sugarless ones for the cookie butter

I’m sorry but that is terrible advice. If I went to someone’s house for a holiday dinner and there was only a bowl of pretzels or nuts as hors d’oeuvres I would not be happy. I’m not saying you need to have 20 different items like at a wedding cocktail hour, but you should have a few items so you can relax, have a
