Don’t know about B&N’s business practices, but as for ebook formats — there’s epub, which is used by the Nook and Kobo, and mobi, which is used by Kindle (they also use AZW). If you can get around DRM, there’s a program called Calibre that will convert either format into the other, so that’s really not a big deal.
There is obviously some kind of underground Canadian lime market. Pretty sure it’s The Illuminati.
It really depends on where you live. Here on the East Coast, limes are more in the neighborhood of $1 each, for the very cheapest definitely not organic cheapo grocery store ones. There is nowhere near NYC you can get limes for a quarter a piece.
People getting out of a long-term serious relationship and deciding way too fast that Rebound Person is The One They Were Waiting For and immediately overcommitting is a tale as old as time.
Yeah, the only good part is that the outpatient stuff was DBT, which is actually pretty helpful for dealing with life. But I’m much better with just my RA meds. At least I’m not still dealing with brain cancer that went un-dxed for way too long, like my friend.
I have had DD cups since high school. Before I got severe rheumatoid arthritis, I lettered in four sports, then I was a firefighter for 13 years. Please explain my life and my boobs to me some more.

I was having some severe headaches and ended up going to a neurologist at HUP. Every patient they see has to take the MMPI, then spend 30 minutes with their staff psychiatrist, then you get to see the neuro for the first time. If it’s warranted, you can see both on subsequent visits, or just the neuro... but they…
I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis, with a lot of lupus features, for about 18 years. About 5 years ago, I got very depressed, and also started hearing voices. It got pretty bad, I ended up in ER for suicidal ideation. They sent me to inpatient for 10 days, declared me to not just be depressed but bipolar and to have…

It concentrates the acids, especially with the already very acidic Roma/plum tomatoes usually used for red sauce. I can handle raw tomatoes, but cooked tomatoes burn my skin (including the inside of my mouth).
Same here in the US. I guess they don't have Madeira wine in Binaryland.
Because you call it fettuccine al burro in Italy?
If you think “being able to interact with other humans” equals “kissing ass and lying to yourself”, then, yeah, it is deeply fucked up that you are so naturally a raging asshole, apparently, that you can’t relate to other people without finding it a burden. Treating other people the way you want to be treated is not…
You’re doing it wrong.
I did an outpatient DBT program for a couple years after a bout of major depression. It was phenomenal. I, too, think it would be helpful for so many people.
Try to find a therapist/program that uses DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). It may not give you answers — I’m not sure those exist — but it will give you strategies for coping. It teaches you to regulate your own emotions and how to deal with people. Good luck.
I would be shocked if they had an actual full Certificate of Occupancy.
I live in a house that is on 12 acres in Princeton (though, to be fair, we have 4 rental properties on it), and I think this year our taxes were $45K.
As mentioned, nothing is really county-based in NJ, almost everything is organized (and taxed) at the municipal level. So, you can find some lower property taxes in some of the more rural areas of South and northwest Jersey, but the schools and other services tend to be crappy because of that. Anything close to NYC,…
