Splinter has yet to touch on the corruption in the UAW. Whenever there’s a story about this, it’s about how great and wonderful the union is doing for the little guy. In Detroit, it was 10AM Saturday on the local syndicated station.  By that time, the cartoons were starting to peter out into educational crap no self-respecting kid would want to watch, so it was easy to switch over to a live action cartoon.
