Conservatives always cite Chi town as Liberal failure, but you’re always careful to steer entirely clear of the entire Red State South of the USA - an entire geographic region overrun with white welfare folks and political corruption, is never mentioned by people like you. I wonder why? You have one town to harp on,

So while the white supremacists take control of the country, tacitly ratifying every kind of hate there is, lefty mouthpieces will continue to issue demerits to each other, not for being “unwoke” or bad, but for de minimis minutiae — not having gone about doing a good and agreeable thing in the absolute best manner

When you say “I am genuinely asking” and then insult the people you are asking, you are not genuinely asking.

I don’t think Roof should be executed.

Nationals may not mean anything to you, but it sure means a lot to us. The tears of the joy that come from cheerleaders after each competition shows that they are passionate about what they do, we have come so far and we will not give up on our dream. It’s not about the trip, it’s about coming home with the first

I am childfree, and took a major career hit (along with everyone else) in 2007-2008. I couldn’t find work in my field for five years, partly due to being unable to move, and made do with waitressing and odd jobs. It was incredibly disheartening, and also the exact amount of time it would take to have a child and see

I take mine to get photos with santa every year. I’ve considered the tattoo also. I mean, just look at those faces, how could you not.

Someone on Jez once described the stupidest thing they’d ever heard — a dog birthday party with a photo booth. And I was like, “I WANT TO GO TO THERE.”

This article would probably be more effective without the grammatical error in the first paragraph.

I’m sure the lack of enthusiasm that the DNC, its support system, and its donors felt for Bernie Sanders had nothing to do with the fact he was an Independent for 40 years—one who switched to the Democratic party solely to make his run easier.

Actually, the guy who said he selfishly wants the tax cutting and pro-business policies he expects to see, and doesn’t care about the specific statements that Trump made, gave the most cogent reasons I have heard yet for voting for Trump. They may be reprehensible reasons, but at least they’re thought through.

1) Brazile did what Brazile decided to do. That is evidence of one person taking an action (and a dumb one). That is not evidence of a huge, top-down conspiracy.

Politico had several articles on it where Wall St bankers specifically said that she wouldn’t regulate them.

You’re making a HUGE assumption that those people know what the fuck they’re talking about in the first place.

I agree its stupid, but what is really going on here is that these people are making up bullshit reasons for voting. The reality is that there were lots of single issue voters this year. The issue? “Blow up the establishment” Now, Sanders seemed like a nice sane guy that would ‘stick it to the man’ but he didn’t

I think they’re working off of some emails which indicate that people inside the DNC had started reaching out to coordinate with the Clinton campaign re: the general election after it was clear Bernie had almost no chance of winning but before he conceded. That and the Brazile email.

Hillary Rodham grew up middle class in the suburbs of Chicago, the daughter of a small business owner, and eventually became First Lady, a US Senator, Secretary of State, and the first woman Presidential Nominee of a major political party.

Because she got more votes in the primaries? I voted for Bernie Sanders in the MO primary by the way. Did the Democratic establishment prefer a longtime member with tons of experience and fairly Obama-style moderate views over the extremely liberal independent from Vermont (yes I know he caucuses with the party)? Yes.

This. The false equivalencies this cycle were amazing.

That photo is America as declared by it’s voters. Overweight, pasty, pompous, arrogant white male full of pride with no understanding or want to know of what being humble means.
