As a paramedic I agree. I have been on so many calls with no bystander CPR started that the patients we work have very little chance of recovery.

I won’t get in to the defibrillator/AED difference and shockable rhythms as someone already did it. However if you look at the video around the 1:58 mark you can see a neon yellow box. That’s the AED.
