No, it's not shade. I'm straight up saying that he hasn't accomplished enough in his career to warrant being roasted. And usually people who are roasted are people who are well-respected in their industries, and he certainly ain't.
I don't even understand her point about unions. I've never worked in one. Every position I've been in, in every company, has based earnings on seniority as opposed to merit. They never take the time to do thorough, merit-based assessments. You know who else uses seniority-based rankings? The military. Republicans…
"There are laws against webcam abortions that we're pushing in a number of states," she said. "Some of them have been enjoined but some of them are not enjoined. That cuts down from spreading them out into the hinterlands, so there's no convenient abortion."
and though many were personally against abortion, they didn't seem totally comfortable outlawing that either (the straw poll showed that 50 percent of the attendees who classified themselves as anti-abortion wanted some sort of exception for rape, incest, or life endangerment).
I don't understand the concept of roasting someone who hasn't accomplished much in their career yet.
What the American Right's beliefs boil down to is that addressing problems is actually the source of those problems. If you ignore it, never talk about it, and never do anything about it, it must not exist.
I hate to sound like a crazy, but I'm, like, kind of afraid to be an American. I'm certainly afraid of living in America. I'm terrified of the very real possibility that to unthoughtful and weirdly patriotic voters this rhetoric will work and that this country is going sink further back into this awful place of…
More and more I find myself judging people not on their political or religious beliefs but on their empathy levels. The less they are willing or capable to empathize with others, the less respect I have for them or their beliefs.
I almost cried multiple times during the episode because their reactions to being back in a more normal world were so perfect. Rick's mistrust. Carl being overwhelmed by the teenagers. Daryl's refusal to bathe. Carol's sly performance as a version of her former self. Great acting from the whole cast. And Deanna is my…
Carol dressed as a norm made me laugh SO hard. She was absolutely brilliant in tis episode. And seriously, the single most kick-ass person on the whole show.
I can't believe there was ever a time I didn't like Carol. PLEASE DON'T TELL HER!
So the general working idea I have with my show-watching friends is that Enid is a mole sent in to infiltrate the Alexandria compound and report back to a faction outside of it. Theory is that it's the "Wolves," based on the comic book that belongs to Enid, the painted word on the house in Noah's neighborhood (I think…
Carol has been my favorite ever since season three. She is one badass woman. She is pragmatic, smart, and I am 100% on her side. And on a totally shallow note, Melissa McBride is completely gorgeous, and when I start going gray, I am totally doing my hair like that instead of dying it.
Carol is totally brilliant and I'll bet she has some weapons stashed (taped to her ankle under that long skirt?) somewhere for when @#$% goes down.
Justin Bieber is scheduled to be roasted by Comedy Central on March 30th. This should be a joyous time in his life.…
Totally agree and I love that they have realised Carol is a genius!
The last four episodes of The Walking Dead have been the best since the series' inception. For too many episodes to…
