Shiki was amazingly useful, I used him for an absurdly long time as well, till I picked up Rangu I think that had repel physical.

Yeah, but if you’re gonna grind anyway, why waste a bunch of time? My first playthrough still clocked in at 90 hours. But the last dungeon was super easy at level 95. I got to enjoy the freedom to experiment with fusions though.
