Except when you have a non-COVID medical emergency that is completely outside of your control and your local ICU is filled to the brim with unvaccinated people. Your level of care *will* suffer and more people will needlessly die.

A good litmus test of if a person has shit taste: they let Ashley, of all people, live :/
I always get really sad when I hear about how hated Kaidan is for so much of the fan base (he’s consistently ranked towards the bottom, mainly for being “boring”). Because for me, and for many other queer people, that Kaidan romance in ME3 was HUGE. It felt so monumental, and I felt seen. And it never felt like a lazy…
Why? Why kill Kaidan when Ashley exists?
Ew, Kaidan haters. I can always tell when someone is straight based on their thoughts on Kaidan.
Well you sound well-adjusted. School board members are typically elected officials, so they can’t be fired.
Slightly off-topic, but I really loved Age of Calamity and feel like that review did it a little bit of a disservice. I get that Ash was disappointed in the story, but that dominated her entire review. Kotaku just seems to haaaate musuos, which fine (even this review is all “this game is so good you guys, it’s…
I actually *prepares to be stoned* really liked the ending. I found it haunting and tragic in kind of a poetic way (that ending song is amazing). Each version had a sacrifice of some sort, so there wasn’t an easy way out. The extended cut and Leviathan DLC made it better still. Yes, sometimes in life you make choices,…
Every time they refresh this article I come here and can’t believe that Stardew Valley, a 5 year-old life sim that you can easily play on your phone, is still on the list, long after Splatoon 2 and Astral Chain got booted. And still no Luigi’s Mansion 3, Dragon Quest 13, etc....next thing you know they’ll boot Fire…
I’ll do my best.
I had just resigned myself to fully locking down for the next two months as things get really bad, and then....a crown on one of my molars broke and I had to go into the dentist to get it fixed. Sooooo fun to have two strangers inches from your face during this pandemic.
My spouse and I eventually want to go down to just one car for the household. We have a decent-ish bus system and like to bike, so it would probably be okay, but not so fun in the middle of the snowy and cold winter. Certainly the pandemic has made the idea easier, though. We hardly drive anywhere anymore.
Don’t bother. There’s a whole (growing) subset of Zelda fans that hate BotW because it doesn’t have a hookshot, or whatever. And no amount of convincing will change their minds.
I think it still would have sold like hotcakes and would at least be in the top 5 of this list. People *love* AC and also it’s not like the world was particularly not gloomy prior to the pandemic anyway. But yes, it did benefit.
My county health department literally says this, for data purposes: “A confirmed case of COVID-19 is considered recovered if they have not passed away 28 days (4 weeks) from the report date of illness.”
I’m sorry...uninformed how? Please give me some concrete examples.
I’m doing Silver Snow on maddening on regular new game, not new game +.
I’ve been so anxious about this (largely unnecessarily, I know). My partner is about to come back from a trip to the east coast and my brain is just CONVINCED that he’s bringing it back. Which I know is unlikely. I need to stop reading the news, but I usually love reading news (about politics, video games, etc) and I…
Three Houses just won the Player’s Choice game of the year and sold millions of copies...so yes, Nintendo is going to represent and advertise that game rather than putting in, Geno or whatever obscure irrelevant characters Smash fans want.
I told myself I would finish Link’s Awakening by the end of the year, so this is the last chance for that. I’ve been picking it up every few weeks or so and slowly progressing. I’m on Turtle Rock now. It’s such a fun, light experience that I don’t want it to end.
