People can be The Worst in these situations. I was in a Starbucks recently, sitting minding my own damn business when a man who had been seated all of a sudden jumped in front of me. He started calling me a fucking bitch, that he was going to kill me — I hadn't had a single interaction with him up until this point.…
Oooof. that's the guy with the annoying face, right? no thanks.
Awesome! thanks. I will look into this.
I commented this elsewhere but I'm hoping you can shed some light —
Alternatively, your doctor could also flush your ear canal out with water using a non-needled syringe. Based on his experiences, Weiswasser said that ear flushing is less likely to irritate the canal but does run the risk of eardrum rupture, especially if performed too aggressively.
I'm hoping this doesn't get buried — I use wax earplugs at night and had some wax lodged in one ear, leaving my temporarily without hearing for about a week. I was able to finally get it out, but have had ringing in that ear ever since. Does anyone have any advice for getting rid of a ringing in ears?
Woof. Am I the only person who thinks this all comes off as bratty, not charming?
You're putting way too much thought into this. Sometimes 11-year-olds hear adults tell jokes, see that people laugh and repeat it just because it seems funny even though they don't get it. <— most likely the case.
You guys. I can't help feel like there isn't anything to be done to stop shit like this from happening. I feel so defeated. I couldn't help but cry after reading this. That poor young woman — and her poor parents. WHEN is shit like this going to stop?
we have had a lot of guys that approach us and are interested in this girl or that girl,
It's finally gotten to single-digit windchill cold here in Chicago, so everyone has been bundled to the gills to stay warm. You would think that having no real identifiable shape would prevent the creeps, but alas.
Ugh. Get out of here.
my mom always taught me not to trust a man just because he looked like a grandpa. It's so fucked up how men will use that to their advantage. Not saying that is the case here, because obv most of these stories are from a long while ago.
I don't think of it that way at all, which is weird because my dad went to Penn State and loooved Joe Pa. My dad gets uncomfortable when anything sex-related comes up so there wasn't a lot of talk about the Sandusky stuff, but I remember my dad saying something about all the stress prolly killed him.
I read something somewhere about how Ben was adamant about casting the lady from the Blurred Lines video in Gone Girl, and that bummed me out so hard. I mean, she's not that great an actor and they could have put just about anyone in that role.
DUDE. You are so right. I had to quit Reddit a few years ago because I was turning into an angry person that would argue with dudes (and get really nasty while drunk) and just generally assumed the worst of them at all times. It was pretty bad. I know people will say "there are some parts of reddit you need to stay…
Yeah! Way to swoop in a week after something was proven to be farce and doesn't have anything to do with my original comment!
