The only thing I'd add is that the logic repeated from the banks and real estate agents and mortgage brokers was that you'd just refinance when the low-interest period of the variable rate (predatory) loan was ending, and with rising real-estate prices, you'd be gaining equity within 5 years. It was all no big deal.…
I have a theory that Super Bowl weekend is ground zero for relationship breakups. Maybe you've been nursing doubts for a while, but it seems cruel to breakup during the holidays. You get through New Years. But then Valentine's Day is coming up and it's the breaking point: you can't do this anymore.
Drywall is a job that takes a whole lot of skill for an unskilled job, at least if you want it done right.
Also, people will respect you more and grant you more creative freedom the more you charge (to a point). Strange but true.
I agree with this. And I really don't think you want your relationship dynamic to be one where you correct her ideas until you're satisfied. You can disagree with her, and state clearly and respectfully why, but it's really not your job to bring her around to your way of thinking.
It's not ultimately sexy, by design. PTA said he wanted watching it to mimic the progression of watching an actual porn movie: at first excitement and sexiness leading to sadness and emptiness.

The best part is that their entire worldview is set up to make them sad and miserable and alone, but somehow it's always somebody else's fault.
Also, that says literally nothing about patriarchy.
As usual, when guys like Scott Adams talk about what sex is really like, it just makes them look like sad, sad tools.
Dead men tell the most boring tales.
Ah, the highly anticipated Don Was/Ringo Starr collaboration.
The fact that in 2015 people are still even in this very comment section credulously believing statements from @fart, @arr, and @weedguy420boner is just spectacular.
I was referring to your peevishly responding to all the comments that disagree with your article with a sarcastic "Thanks for reading!"
I dunno. I kind of preferred Darth Vader to be a monstrous, gigantic, towering figure of pure, organized evil. I don't really care about how he got there. He was scary as fuck in most of the original movies, and his uncomplicated villainy gave a real sense of purpose to the rebels and to Luke needing to win.
Look, man, I write shit just to piss people off as a hobby and often respond like you do here. But if you're actually serious about your article, maybe stop this schtick?
Princess Leia Slashes Education, Infrastructure Funding In Latest Budget: Funding Increased for Droid and Aerospace Subcontractors
Probably true. But I still dislike how Star Wars tends to make everything that happened more than a couple years ago into some murky mythic past.
