I still think the show's version of Deadshot is kind of bad. Definitely better than in season one, but he still just looks silly. They need to do a complete rework of his costume - particularly the sight on his eye, which looks like it was part of a halloween costume.

Captain Boomerang is awesome. It's just his name that's kind of bad (in the sense that it's a really corny "old fashioned"-style villain name).

I was pleased too. Too bad the rest of that movie sucked ass. Between that, and Justice League: War, DC are really on a roll.

Just an oblique reference in the show to his middle name being "Stewart" would be enough to send everyone running to their keyboards with excitement.

I'm actually pretty sure Xavier is shown standing up in front of the helicopter in Origins Wolverine. However, it's also clear that Singer wants to pretend that movie never happened.

As someone who has read Kingdom Come more than once, I'm curious as to what aspect of that comic you think they are trying to recreate?

More than one portrayal of the Batmobile has had some sort of "gun" on it - including the one in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight video game. They aren't used to shoot people, which would obviously be a massive deviation from one of Batman's most defining character traits.

Words often take on descriptive meanings aside from their original, literal etymology.

I think it's more because Neeson has become predominantly known for appearing in farted-out schlock action movies like Taken and Non-Stop, where he's always a combination of Batman and John McClane.

I will buy it when it comes out, and place it on my piano.

I'll give this show another shot. It was a lot better towards the end of season 1, and I'm hopeful that they've learned from their grievous mistakes (like having a plot that almost intentionally goes nowhere until Winter Soldier came out).

1) I think Watchmen is probably a more slavishly faithful comic-book movie, right down to the shot angles and stuff. In fact, didn't a lot of reviewers criticize the cinematography for being a bit flat, precisely because it opted for comics-faithful camera angles and stuff?

"The Other Guys" was pretty screwball.

Pirates 1 was a great movie, but the sequels just became exponentially more convoluted, and the characters turned to shit (Elizabeth and Will especially).

I know Wheaton complained more than once on Twitter about censorship or edits to the show that he didn't know were happening until he was watching the show on air - lends a little credence to his complaint that the execs didn't really understand or get behind what he was trying to do.

I've put over 200 hours into the latest SimCity game, in spite of it's obvious flaws, and the spittle that usually flies at me for even mentioning it.

I've never really understood the "War on Christmas" nonsense. Like, even if every other person on earth started saying "Happy Holidays"… how would that in any way impact YOUR ability to celebrate Christmas? You need all of the corporations and citizens of earth to declare their Christian leanings, in order for the

The problem isn't humour - the problem is BAD humour. Green Lantern was filled with the latter, as well as a lame plot, terrible casting, a bad script, a dumb take on Parallax, and some of the worst CG I've seen in a superhero movie in a while.

I can forgive some flat or warbly notes when you're doing a full dance performance at the same time. What I find funny about it, is how little of the song she's actually singing (as far as I can tell?).

The GOTG cast went on Letterman over the course of several episodes, and their "clips" were all jokes.
