Appeasing audiences to make money is one thing, but as far as I know this film was never coming to a North Korean theatre near you…?

Can't wait for the article in September or October, about how they are ADR-ing every mention of "North Korea" to make it "North Krakoa" or something.

Wasn't Kim Jong-Il a big Hollywood movie fan? If so, that means they are aware that films are fake, and made by private companies, right? They know they aren't official declarations of US foreign policy, or military simulations?

Well, Gamorra is a start I guess? Frankly, I think it's more bullshit that DC haven't made a female-centric superhero movie yet, because unlike Marvel, they have the single-most iconic female superhero in the world, in Wonder Woman.

And of course, he's in GOTG too.

There's a video on Marvel's YouTube channel summarizing Phase 1&2 of the Marvel movies, I believe posted yesterday, that features a few seconds of actual live footage of Brolin's Thanos, from which it appears this image was taken. It's right at the end of the video, if anyone is interested.

Don't "reinvent" Mr. Freeze. Just stay faithful to the Batman: TAS version of the character from around 20 years ago, that has largely been accepted as the definitive version.

The point of Master Chief over the first three games, was essentially to be a blank cipher, that players could project themselves onto. That's also why he only talks sparingly.

Boba Fett's cult status never really made sense to me. He was a cool helmet and a jetpack, who got dispatched to his apparent death by a bumbling Han Solo. That was the extent of his characterization.

Just call this movie Space Jam 2, and make Mothra the captain of the Monstars.

I think the costume works, but I still don't understand the choice of actor at all. She has no build to her at all - she's just a super skinny, model-type.

I like how the look of the show seems to exclusively draw from the original trilogy. I'll give this a shot.

It always struck me as weird that they didn't name the city "Star City" because they thought that sounded too unrealistic (or something along those lines), yet they thought "Starling City" was wayyyy better.

The comic book that image is from, "Kingdom Come", is awesome. You should all buy it. Plus, it has the amazing artwork of Alex Ross.

I suppose I should just be happy that he wasn't bitching about an adaptation of his own work, for once.

So Wil Wheaton (who is fine), along with two former G4 hosts (Hardwick and Haislip)? Sigh.

Oh God, please give Marvel the rights to Spider-Man back. I don't know if they could do any better, but they can't do worse.

YOU FORGOT DIVEKICK.

If he's complaining about this, the movie must really be bombing at the box office.

Also, these are the kinds of "projects" that Kickstarter should be shutting down and cancelling - because it's going to lead to hundreds of people looking at them and thinking they can make a quick few thousand dollars for nothing.
