You are not wrong on SRW... I’ve played various iterations on SNES, PS, PS2, Dreamcast, and Vita, and the appeal is almost entirely in fan service. As a strategy game it is pretty bare bones and *easy* on any difficulty level. They force replay by diverging scenarios branches.
