The side-by-side comparison comes courtesy of IGN, who ran the upcoming MMO with the graphics turned all the way and all the way down. The advantage of a low setting, of course, is that folks with less robust hardware will still be able to play the game. But, there's no avoiding the fact that doing so leaves you with

Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons is an ok choice but Papers, Please did new and wonderful things with gameplay. Seriously the manner in which it doesn't instruct you in some gameplay elements and makes you figure them out for youself is an amazing organic experience that I've never seen done in a game before.

"Plus, the few that I do game with can kick my ass in those games."

Not a right to join my private club though.

I feel more like the customer is getting less product just so companies can save a nickel than I do excited about shitty digital manuals.

There is a difference between a simmer and a gamer. This tech is not important for gaming. .. Nor desired by gamers.

I really enjoyed the game but it's not without it's rough edges. Think of it as Baldur's gate pausable combat meets Xcom's normally turn based combat.

Here's another difference of opinion, I think story is one of the least important aspects of a game. Sure it can serve to propel the players desires and a good story can always make a game better, but game mechanics are what really makes a good game.

But the technical aspect is a part of making a competent game. The gameplay is worse off if its negatively effected by the technical issues. You can't really say the same for films. Few film directors build their own camera to make a movie, and when they do, guess what, we talk about that. Well every game engine

Le jauq is making compairsons that cant be made to prove his point.

Hey Sloshy, the other player was probably myself, I think you're my steam friend. I know both DocSuess and I wrote up little mini reviews on it. We both seemed to feel the same way about it. It's a wonderful game.

That is one sexy AT in the background with the 5153 EGA monitor. Pimpin.

It wouldn't surprise me, before the original DS actually broke out in sales Nintendo annouced that that DS wasn't their "gaming" system and that they had another gaming oriented handheld in the works. Then the DS broke sales wise and they never mentioned that other hamdheld system again.
