So a guy who exited was shot while leaving. Probably what you would have done had you noticed a guy pulling a gun out and putting it away. I hate how distracted people are by their phones but I don't see how in this situation it was important.

I am stunned.

I'm not gonna give them any money but I'd like to see a Daikatana remake. Because it was shit.

The quality of the samples that made it into the game are horrible. I would like to see the original audio used but I hope they have the uncompressed masters otherwise theres no way. Too much pop and his and bad levels in the audio for that game.

Why is a top of the line PC the only option console gamers bring up when discussing price? You can still play all the games at different settings with a much cheaper machine. If you think unless you have the best you aren't really playing the games then it's a personal attitude issue not an issue with the platform.

I think the important thing in all this is mindshare. Getting to the console gamers who never considered a PC and making them think this might be an option for me. Valve can adapt their plans if Steam OS doesn't work out, but it would be a huge win for valve and all software companies to get the console gamers over

Unless you have trashed your windows machine, Linux or Steam OS isn't going to make your games run noticeably better. You could achieve the same results by re-installing Windows.

  • Assassin's Creed: Underachiever, hyped beyond its delivered qualityP

Ya know I think the next game crash is coming, but it's coming in the casual game market.

I agree some form of electronics should be taught in schools and you're right a very basic PC maintenance course would be a good start but try to convince people of that when the world is sure PCs are extinct and we're all moving to tablets.

There is plenty you can do with a games settings that will choke a titan even with current games. When people make statements like I have a GTX 660 and I run everything maxxed out at 60FPS when playing X game. They are either lying, or don't know what maxxed out really means, or of course they are playing an older

The titan can't support 4k resolutions. Nvidia cards aren't capable of this currently.

Even the manufacturers minimum requirement of wattage is an over estimation. Depending on peak performance of individual PSUs you can get always get by with less than the manufacturer recommends. They also estimate a unrealistic machine with a lot more devices than most people have and for a PSU that is not Gold

The requirements for hardware are way overstated. The reason being is that people buy shitty power supplies and its insurance to make sure that they should be able to run their hardware simply judging by wattage. It has nothing to do with the OS. It has everything to do with not having to teach people what rails

"Many Nintendo fans wanted that 2000 Zelda. They wanted it really, really badly. They wanted it, in large part, because they wanted Nintendo to seem cool. That was always the knock on Nintendo, first by Sega, then by Sony and then, in the summer of 2001 with the Xbox and Halo waiting around the bend, by Microsoft.

I'd probably go back to playing this if they gave me an offline mode. I haven't checked it out for a long time now though. Got tired of restarting all the time because bugs made plots innaccessable or any of the number of fixes totally broke my city.

An iOS only pay to play game, this one must have been in developement for a while to have the modern ptp scam so out of date. Ah well, DOA.

It doesn't even matter if it did, its fantasy, its not real life, there's no need to be more concerned about what happens in a video game vs movies, or books, or daydreaming. It's not real, it doesn't exist.

There is no such thing as a living breathing world in a video game, it's no more real than a book or a movie and requires no further qualifiers.

Why single out Video games only for this requirement?
