Kind of a bummer to have this character with a prosthetic leg described as “lame” in any capacity.
I hope they just ignore it like the “half human on my mother’s side” nonsense from the TV movie, and 20 years from now the 19th Doctor will crack a joke about “I once spent an entire regeneration trapped in a reality bubble where nothing made any sense.”
It’s hard to pinpoint a single “stupidest idea” from the…
Right‽ Jesh. I loved season 3, so does everyone at my work and other social circles.
I loved Rutherford and Boimler debating if Nick Locarno looks like Tom Paris.
The irony of a reviewer who can’t move past their dislike of a season that didn’t move enough* for their liking is actually kinda funny.
Can we talk about how great the animation has been this season? The team at Titmouse have been going from strength to strength. They are doing great work with the digital rig animation techniques. This show has some of Trek’s best looking space battles and the fight between Mariner and the Klingon in the last episode…
Cadet Mariner was so damn earnest.
After a third season that felt like spinning its wheels
I didn’t think we’d actually get Sito to show up, even in flashback, but hey, good on Shannon Fill for getting to come back after thirty years.
Every race track I have ever been to has blocked visual access from the bridges - they don’t want people hanging out on there and overloading the bridge. This is just a story about people in LV who have never been to a race track and don’t understand why this is done.
The most glaring problem is cost. The nearly $53 million this cost the government could have gone into actual transportation infrastructure. Secondly, anyone who has to use a mobility device but isn’t ambulatory enough to stow it in the trunk of a Model Y is screwed. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of accommodations…
What if you could link several together and only need one driver?
And maybe put those cars on rails.
If they could make the cars large enough to handle a couple dozen people at a time and label them as to which station they are going to, they might really be onto something.
Tales will collect six classic Doctor Who stories in an omnibus format, with new interlinking scenes starring legendary classic Doctors and a companions reprising their roles.
Would make more sense if our universe was Earth Prime, the main comic book line was Earth 2, and the MCU was Earth-2008. The X-men film universe would be Earth-2000. Wesley Snipe’s Blade would be from Earth-1998. The universe where Chris Evans was the Human Torch would be Earth-2005. Tobey Maguire’s Peter Parker would…
How does Iman Vellani keep giving me reasons to like her more? Actress, great. Writing comics? Great. From my area? Awesome. Pushing back against weird, confusing claims by executives that blot out canon she is working on? Be still my platonic, fandom heart.
If you guys don’t like Highlander 2, let me tell you about the next 3, you’ll REALLY hate those. In the fifth one, Adrian Paul wins by spinning the bad guy around so fast he drills into the ground like in Loony Toons!
“why did the NHS shut down the Tavistock clinic?”
