Every race track I have ever been to has blocked visual access from the bridges - they don’t want people hanging out on there and overloading the bridge.  This is just a story about people in LV who have never been to a race track and don’t understand why this is done.

The most glaring problem is cost. The nearly $53 million this cost the government could have gone into actual transportation infrastructure. Secondly, anyone who has to use a mobility device but isn’t ambulatory enough to stow it in the trunk of a Model Y is screwed. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of accommodations…

What if you could link several together and only need one driver?

And maybe put those cars on rails.

If they could make the cars large enough to handle a couple dozen people at a time and label them as to which station they are going to, they might really be onto something.

Nooooo, don’t do it! Don’t spend your precious purple coins on 1ups. Keep about 300 or so stocked for badges and wonder seeds, and spend the rest on Standees. Purple coins are *much* slower to farm late game, and you’ll need a whole heck of a bunch of them to round out your standee collection if you’re going for all 6…

One of the completion medals is rewarded for all 144 standees, but they don't really change gameplay at all or unlock anything further (beyond being able to post the different figures in multiplayer).

It ends up costing way more than 1500 because when buying the random standees you can get duplicates. For 30 flower coins your can get a guaranteed new one though. I would say that it likely takes around 2500 - 3000 flower coins if you’re careful and exit the game if you waste too many in a row on duplicates. It costs…

Losing all lives in this game kills the player in real life. Yet another way Nintendo broke from prior entries in the series. 

I haven’t even beaten the game yet and I keep capping on Flower Coins even with buying all the Wonder Seeds and power-ups that I can find. I bought most standees as well. This game hemorrhages more Flower Coins onto players than I know what to do with.

You should buy standees, not lives.  If you want to 100% the game, you have to buy all 144 standees, and there aren’t a ton of extra coins unless you’re somewhat careful with resetting if you get too many duplicates.  It really sucks if you end up finishing everything else in the game and having to grind for hours…

The other change I strongly recommend is turning off the prompt to change badges each time you restart a level.  If you want to, you still can by pressing R, but it removes an irritating step I almost never wanted.

I don’t get the hate about the voices. I mean sure they’re kind of bit odd, but among the arrangement of bouncy sound effects and jazzy soundtracks, they rather blend well and aren’t much of annoyance.
