Ah yes, that’s fair. Although I don’t believe “reseller” has the same negative connotations “scalper” has (even without its tangential offense to Native Americans in this context), we need to find a better word to encapsulate the quick turnaround, like “flipper?”

I would’ve blown the money on this set if I had known about the drop early enough. Is it worth $400? Probably not, but I do actually like the Pokémon TCG, and it would be fun to have 3 pre built decks (not tournament legal btw) and a cool board to be able to pull out and play like any other board game. And yes, I know

In the States, scalping is the correct term used for what is happening here, a form of arbitrage  that occurs when supply is limited and demand is high. While scalping is most commonly used in stocks or tickets, it does also apply to goods.

I honestly forgot this game was in development after seeing Star Wars Outlaws at this year’s Celebration.

In California, or at the very least in my county, you can’t purchase alcohol at a self-checkout.

I know you meant in visual media, but they mention Jacen in one of the Alphabet Squadron books too - I think it was Victory’s Price?

I mean, it is a time travel show, it’s possible it’s not set in 2023. Or the last time a companion had a kid they were affected by being conceived while in the Time Vortex and then that kid was stolen and then grew up along side her parents as kids after regenerating, and Donna has half Time Lord in her so having a

I thought IG-11 was done pretty well. I like Chopper so far, I’m not holding out hope that we see him wheeling around on his single forward leg like in Rebels though. Huyang isnt doing it for me so far, it feels like David Tennant’s voice is just being laid over a scene when he’s talking. Same for that protocol droid

Usually I don’t agree with your PoGo reviews, but this one was spot on. The $15 price of admission wasn’t worth it for me. Highlights: a perf Unown D, a shiny Unown D, a shiny Pawniard, a shiny foonguus (s/p), and two shiny Heracross the second day within minutes of each other. Also, on the first day, got a shiny

Yeah, why couldn’t we just follow some droids around for a half hour like in the movie?

It’s not the first time in the new canon that something Filoni did, retcons something that had already been set in canon to improve the story (see: Ahsoka’s lightsabers at the end of The Clone Wars vs the novel Ahsoka or Kanan’s Order 66 moment in the Bad Batch vs his comic). I know it’s not how the canon works

BUT THE DUALSENSE5, you need the chopped in half DualSense5 controller!!

Having done like a sophomore or junior year project on this exact thing in college, I gotta say my heart goes out to the ESA (we didn’t use a claw, I think we used a scoop? - it was more a project about orbital rendezvous with multiple objects/debris, but it was for this idea of cleaning up orbital debris and scrap),

Archie and Betty banging so hard the universe exploded and gave them superpowers after a bubble universe imploded on them… or something like that.

Agreed, but also, it’s not Clone Wars Ahsoka, it’s post Rebels Ahsoka where she was saved by being pulled through time and apparently tried being a teacher to Sabine. I don’t think that’s Rosario, I think that’s Filoni’s writing. You’re right, even in Rebels she still had some levity. She also doesn’t have a personal

Uh… Hera is 36 and Mary Elisabeth Winstead is 38. And Sabine was a teen when Rebels started, she should be 28, which is the current age of Natasha Liu Bordizzo. Granted they shot this a year ago.

A DualSense5 chopped in half around the screen you’re playing on! The ability to play while laying back! Totally worth $200 /s

I mean I see what you’re getting at about Ahsoka saying “it’s a map to Thrawn/it’s a map to Ezra,” but she’s saying that for the stupid people in the audience that are being inundated with so many new things they can’t keep up. Obviously it’s not a literal map to Thrawn for the reasons you pointed out. Bad writing?

I enjoyed the episodes, it was great seeing those Rebels (and Clone Wars) characters come to life. But to nitpick, I felt the lightsaber scenes were stilted, especially coming off rewatching Rebels, everything looked slow (and the lightsabers too thick/they looked like tube lights - only Sabine’s green saber looked

I had a similar criticism about the map until I thought about it. It’s not a map to Thrawn that’s been hidden in that temple, it’s a map to where Thrawn is. The Lady Nightsister is being “called by Thrawn” in that distant Galaxy, which the Purgil easily travel to on their migration route. The map was left by an
