Thanks, Ivee. But one would like to imagine that by now universal enfranchisement should be seen as pretty much a given. I find it amazing that people can lose their right to vote based on convictions.  

I have a question. Why doesn’t your constitution grant a universal right to vote. I suppose it is a right of every adult citizen without any qualification. You may be a murderer but you still have a right to vote just like your other fundamental rights as citizen.

For sure Trump can stop those visas. No law bars him from that. He in fact has executive authority to bar anyone from entering the country.

Military coups are a dead end; you don’t want to go down that path, no matter what. A political uprising ( like literally, people living on the street) would be a much better idea.

I am not scared of visiting even South Dakota; that is not the issue. The issue is that the visas will be cut off by DT by this summer.

Perhaps, I did not make myself clear: I was not implying that US will not be safe; just that, most probably, the visas will be closed for us come summer. I am pretty sure this is what Trump is going to actually accomplish no matter if you pretend otherwise.
