I can’t believe “plan trip” isn’t here! You can tell Waze when you need to be somewhere, and then it’ll remind you right before you need to leave based on the current traffic conditions. And if you connect your Google calendar, it’ll do it automatically for any events that have addresses!

There aren’t *any* third party Dualsense controllers to my knowledge. (The closest thing is companies who buy and mod Dualsenses and then resell them.) Unsure if it’s because Sony hasn’t licensed out the appropriate technology yet, or because it’s just so expensive/complex to manufacture.

Regardless, Nintendo has shown people using the joycon without the strap, so clearly they're open to the idea.

You might want to check the settings—a lot of Nintendo games have separate settings for handheld vs TV motion controls. Don’t know if that’st he case for Snap but thought I'd toss it out there.

Raven has been doing work advocating for marginalized communities on Twitch for a long time, and speaking out specifically on people abusing Twitch tags since they were expanded last year. (Or maybe it was earlier this year? Time melds together.) There’s even a link to Kotaku’s article from a few weeks ago about the

I... don’t think that’s quite right, or maybe I don’t understand what you’re saying. There isn’t anything in the joycon determining its position relative to the Switch, so there isn’t anything to “block or a signal to ”interrupt.” Maybe you’re thinking of the Wii, where the remote needed line of sight to the sensor

Apparently we take the names of blogs literally now. Good to know.

Someone woke up one day and was like, “people are loving Russian Doll, let’s do that but also a murder incest torture simulator”

And if you think about it, it wasn’t until China, Russia, Iran, Korea, etc. started “raiding” western sites with inciting hate that the west mostly behaved civilly. Most bullying being only local and rarely spilling across sites. Make no mistake, obviously it isn’t just foreign sabotage and plenty of westerners are

Streamers are terrified of actually doing something rather than just creating awareness because they might find out they really are just content cattle for large corporations, and could be easily replaced without much more than a blip to the bottom line at absolute best. are afraid of putting their livelihoods at

The point of blackout days (and other things of that ilk) isn’t to get the company to notice because you’ve deprived them of a single day of revenue, it’s to raise awareness and draw attention from the public in the short term, typically as part of a larger/longer campaign.

The remaster seems to be doing pretty well, so I'm hopeful that we might see a sequel. The combat and builds were really fun and I'd love to see a modern take on it.

SHAME on you Lisa Marie, Discharge needs to be nerfed immediately!

Score Shield is actually best on tanks, because it scales with HP. You can make your first dunk as Snorlax or Slowpoke without interruption, because the shield you get is a flat percentage of your total HP, and at the beginning of the match no one is doing enough damage to break it.

It would be interesting if they reduced the distance, so it wouldn’t be a 100% get out of jail free card. Right now there's very little justification to chase someone who's ejected away, because it's just far enough that you can't close the distance without burning any cooldowns.

Though they need to buff some of the held items, Rocky Helmet and shell bell are total garbodor
