Shame they ran out of money and couldn’t finish the steering wheel.
I am 100% positive that a combine would do just fine in a roundabout... probably a lot easier than making a right hand turn through a normal intersection.
David, why not get a home on some land where you can support your hobby? As a car enthusiast I appreciate your pain, but I can understand where your neighbors are coming from too.
Musk is the worst of both worlds... skeezy car salesman and slimy tech bro.
I grew up living in and driving through corn country. Farmers generally leave space between roads and the fields for drainage, which is more than enough to see if someone is coming down the road. This sounds more like a problem of people not seeing and obeying stop signs, which is more of a problem of grid based…
They’re Trump supporters, give them a break... they’re not smart enough to know better.
“Oh no he didn’t wash his hands. He’s getting in the car... Why didn’t you wash your hands??? OMG THE INTERIOR OF THAT CAR IS SO CLEAN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WASH YOUR HANDS!!!” -my brain

I feel like Infiniti’s grave is ready to go at this point, if anything Lexus is preparing the body to be lowered into place.
This is why people don’t trust the police. This is exactly why this is happening right now.
The electronics would definitely be a nightmare. But the upside is that the GTI’s ABS (also managed stability control, traction control, etc) has enough sensors to tap into to actually develop it into something that would be fun to use.
Yeah, might lose some hatch space.... but how freakin’ cool would it be? :D
That interior is..... not great. Maybe it looks better in person.
I see now... the picture posted of this here is really bad and is not at all representative of the shape. That said, I still think it could be done, but you would have to cut into the floor of the car into the hatch area to mount the bulk of the motor with the axle section pointing down.
Fair enough. I’m sure one could be made to fit. There’s room for at least that.
