Times are pretty good for non-WWE wrestling promotions these days. WWE is still the only one with a major TV deal, but there are lots of promotions putting on good shows, many of which are available for purchase via download. LU is definitely the most easy to access, and it is some high quality stuff.

That Nakamura match was a great one. it was on NXT Takover Dallas, which was an excellent show top to bottom.

I don't think you have a severed arm holding a sword fly out of the picture and into the letterboxes before reentering the frame and stabbing someone in the neck without expecting laughs at the over-the-top-ness of it.

If anything it was more subdued than I expected. The book plus Fuller/Slade made me think it would be INSANE. This was still recognizably a TV show.
