If I didn't know any better I would have guessed this was a Neil Gaiman scripted episode. The hidden enclave of alien refugees existing right on the edge of what we see every day but just out of sight felt like something right out of Neverwhere or American Gods. Gaiman has a real gift for making his little hidden
